The Unique Cloud Dog, Japanese Spitz

This rare dog boasts a fluffy white coat, unwavering loyalty, and an infectious smile. Hailing from Japan, Japanese Spitz make for fantastic companions that are excellent with kids and families.

It is said that the origin of Japanese spitz is a large white German spitz that came to Japan from northeastern China through the Siberian continent around the 1920s. It was first exhibited at an exhibition held in Tokyo around 1921. Two pairs of white spits were then imported from Canada, and then imported from the continents of Canada, the United States, Australia, and China until around the 1936s, and improved breeding by their descendants. After World War II, a unified standard was established by the Japan Kenel Club in 1948, and it continues to this day.
